Your in-kind donation of an item listed below will help us in our care for the animals. Your financial contributions are always appreciated. All contributions are tax deductible, as allowed by law.
Items needed:
- Creamy Peanut Butter (to place in dog treat toys)
- Dog beds and heavy blankets
- 6 foot nylon leashes
- Training treats and dog biscuits
- Rawhide for our dogs
- Buster Cubes for shelter dogs
- Canned dog and cat food
- Cat treats
- Non-clumping cat litter
- Stainless litter pans
- Pet Zone products for Cat Condos (hard plastic baskets, trees, toys, beds, etc.)
- Ferret sleep sacks and cage hammocks
- Feliway diffusers and refills (dog and cat)
For our Training & Behavior Center to train animals in our Behavior Modification Program:
- Natural Balance rolls
- High value items like hotdogs, string cheese, pre-cooked bacon
- Meat flavored baby food
- Plush toys with squeaker
For our Clinic to nurture adoption animals back to good health:
- Towels
- Piddle pads
- Distilled Water
- Brown paper lunch bags
- Laundry detergent (HE - high efficiency liquid type) for surgical laundry
- Ziplock sandwich size bags
To help promote our animals:
- AAA batteries
- Flip video camera
- 6000 Watt generator (portable)
For our Humane Education Program:
- Markers
- Elmers glue (bottle and glue sticks
- Pencils
- New dog and cat collars
- Packets of colored construction paper
Please drop off donated items at our Service or Adoption Desks, (HSBV, 2323 55th Street, Boulder, CO 80301) during our regular business hours. You will be asked to fill out a donation form, and will receive a copy of that form to take home for your tax purposes.
