Team Leader

Team Leader is expected to:

  • Act as onsite coordinator for volunteer project. Please notify Volunteer Services Manager of any changes to team leader designation
  • Ensure all project volunteers have access to HSBV policies, procedures and requirements
  • Confirm all project volunteers have individually completed Volunteer Release before arriving onsite
  • Distribute pertinent communications, such as check-in site and time
  • Provide a roster of project volunteers to Volunteer Services Manager three (3) business days in advance of project. For complex projects, Team Leader may also be responsible for dividing the group into teams, and/or assigning volunteers to work on a particular aspect of the project.
