Volunteer Opportunities

Disaster Response Volunteers for the Marshall Fire:

Please accept our deepest gratitude for your desire to help the animals affected by the area wildfires. Thanks to the generosity of our community and our committed volunteers, we do not need assistance providing direct animal care, extra volunteer help, supplies or foster homes at this time.

However, we are collecting contact information for community members wishing to volunteer their time should the need arise. Such volunteer opportunities may include the following: donation receiving and distribution, transport of animals or supplies, and participating on our Animal Care Team. To sign-up for these volunteer opportunities, all volunteers must complete our disaster response volunteer profile to provide your information. If we need additional volunteer support, we will contact you.

If you would like to offer your support more immediately, monetary gifts are the best way to ensure the displaced animals in our care have access to the resources and supplies they need. To make a donation in support of these animals, please click here!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley!
